Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can sometimes bring the unexpected and I aim to hold space for that with kindness and respect. At the same time, please understand that my time is set aside especially for you, and late changes can impact myself and others. Refunds: Refunds (for any reason) are at the sole discretion of the owner. I will always do my best to handle each situation with fairness and understanding. Running Late: If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, the session will be canceled for that day. You are welcome to reschedule by contacting me directly or through the website. Rescheduling Limits: You may reschedule your session up to 2 times. If you do not complete your rescheduling within 2 weeks of your original appointment date, your session will be canceled without refund. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior communication and make no attempt to reschedule within 2 weeks of your original appointment date, it will be treated as a completed session and will not be refunded. Emergencies & Illness: I understand that genuine emergencies or illness can arise. If this happens, please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss the best way forward. Thank you for honoring these guidelines. They help me maintain a balanced schedule so I can continue to offer sessions with the most compassionate care possible.
