COVID-19 and General Health Precautions

This page contains precautions I use for In-Person Sessions and Classes.

Information about Lee:

  • I have been fully Vaccinated since the beginning of May 2021 and received my booster at the end of November.

For Sessions:

  • If you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or is showing similar symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, other flu-like symptoms), wait 2 weeks before scheduling a session. For a more extensive list of possible symptoms, there is a link provided at the bottom of this page titled "Symptoms of Covid-19".

  • If you currently have Covid-19 or are recovering from it, wait 1 week from the day you receive a negative test result before scheduling a session.

  • If you do not think you will be well or are not feeling well leading up to or the day of the session, notify me by email or phone as soon as possible. We can reschedule the session for another date and time. I can change it from In-Person into a distance session if you would still like it for that day. If you arrive for your session and you do not appear to be well or are not well, you will be asked to leave and refused service.

  • While masks are no longer mandatory, I'm asking you bring a mask with you in case laws or the public health situation change.

For Classes:

  • The precautions used for sessions are also applied to classes.

  • If you are already scheduled for a class but have been affected by any of the issues listed above, you will need to wait until the next class is available. I will notify you by email when the next class will be scheduled. If you have already paid for the class, I will credit your account the amount you paid to use for a future class or session.

Additional Information:

  • Hand sanitizer, Kleenex, and a restroom to wash your hands will be available.

  • If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow or Kleenex. If you are wearing a mask, do not remove your mask to sneeze or cough.

  • All commonly touched surfaces in the room where sessions and classes are performed will be disinfected between appointments and at the end of the day.
